Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. While our products are are tested to ensure their safety, and appropriate levels of durability, they are thin plastic toys and we know that anything can happen when it comes to play time! Please let us know if a cover breaks and we'd be happy to replace it for you!

Returns
We do not accept returns of any kind (even if your covers are unopened). For any product or delivery issues simply reach out to us via myperfectpacifier@gmail.com and we'll resolve any issues to the best of our ability!
